It is larger than conventional 75-by-54 Full dimensions, so a tight room or fitted sheet needs a measurement check.
Allow the extra Full width and length
The mattress occupies about 29.6 square feet before access. Two extra inches of width can help explain a different bedding fit, but this is still narrower than a Queen.
